Coaching for Performance: Building a Culture Where People Grow is a 3-hour hands-on online workshop that helps leaders understand what coaching is and how to use it as a powerful tool to drive team performance. Through interactive activities and guided practice, participants will learn how coaching differs from mentoring, apply the GROW Model as a structured framework, and build the confidence and skills to coach effectively in their day-to-day leadership.
This workshop is for leaders and managers who are ready to stop giving all the answers and start asking the right questions, so their teams can thrive.
